Tuffy Marketplace is a free site where a business describes one technology need, such as internet, phones, cybersecurity, IT or payments, and an advisor at Tuffy Communications, a technology services broker based in Southern California, picks up to 3 vetted providers for it from a portfolio of more than 430, or, in most categories, the business chooses them itself.

The steps

1. Describe one technology need, such as internet, phones, cybersecurity, IT or payments.
2. A Tuffy advisor picks up to 3 vetted providers for you. Your advisor chooses the ones that fit your location and needs. Prefer to choose? In most categories you can pick up to 3 yourself from the providers that serve it. For internet, your advisor picks the ones that serve your address. No AI picks or ranks providers. Your request is never sent to the whole portfolio.
3. Compare the proposals and decide. Your service agreement is directly with the provider you choose, and Tuffy Communications stays on your side as your advisor.

Nothing. Providers pay Tuffy when a business signs with one of them, and the business pays the provider directly, often at a better price than it would find on the provider's own website.

Can I just track my current agreements?

Yes. Add an agreement with its renewal date and Tuffy Marketplace reminds you before it renews. Nothing is sent to a provider unless you ask.
